Patrik Antonius/kingsofcards – Split a pot of $46k both players had a pair of 4′s which was the lowest pair possible. After betting $14k after the flop which was called both players checked down the rest of the hand.

Patrik Antonius won $59,999.50 – kingsofcards bet $16k at a $28k flop and Antonius raised to $61k which was then folded by kingsofcards with a scary flop of Jc, Qc, 6c.

Patrik Antonius wins $43,999.50 – After the river card, the pot was $43,999.50 and Patrik Antonius bet $34k which went uncalled by kingsofcards.

kingsofcards wins $113,999.50 -  After a pre-flop raise of $3k by kingsofcards, Antonius raised it to $9k which was called. After the flop Antonius bet $14k which was called and on the turn both players checked. After the river card Patrik Antonius bet $34k which was called and when they showed down Antonius had 7 high and kingsofcards won the hand with a pair of 8′s with a board that had a K, Q and Ace and 3 clubs!

$32,198 won by Phil Ivey against martonas after going all-in on the  river which would have cost martonas $29,979 more but he ended up folding.

$48,498 won by Durrrr after betting $13,400 on the turn with a flop of 10,2,10,A and OMGClayAiken folding.

$36,397 won by OMGClayAiken after re-raising Patrik Antonius’ bet of $11k to $92,293 and Antonius quickly folded the hand.

$140,697 won by Durrrr after betting $75k on the river after the pot was already $140k OMGClayAiken then folded with the board showing: 9s,9h,5c,2c and 10h.

$222,456 won by OMGClayAiken after going all-in against Durrrr who had 89 of diamonds with a board of qh,9c,6c,7c and qd. The call of OMGClayAiken must have been a hard one with Durrrr putting the pressure on the turn (making it seem like he had the flush) by raising $80k which was eventually called.

$306,842 won by OMGClayAiken against Phil Ivey. Phil Ivey had pocket aces against OMGClayAiken’s pocket 10′s. After only raising it $3k OMGClayAiken was able to see the flop and got trips easily beating Phil Ivey’s aces. The board was: 10h, Qd, 2h, 3s and 6c.

There hasn’t been much high stakes action with the 2009 WSOP in full swing. Right now the 2009 WSOP Main Event is being played and I expect that after the tournament ends in mid July and most poker pros leave Vegas the online poker tables will be filled with high stakes action.

For now,  I felt like the site needed an update so I went down a couple levels and ended up at $50/$100 where there was some poker action.

Rearden Metal ($171,429.50) played against DIN_FRU ($66,331) at the $1000/$2000 Limit Hold-em table at FullTiltPoker.net.  It is a heads up table with over 200 hands being played per hour and an average pot worth $7968.

One of the larger hands played at the table had Rearden Metal raising to $2k which was called by DIN_FRU. The flop came [3h Jh 8s] and DIN_FRU checked while Rearden Metal bet $1k which was then raised to $2k which both players calling. The turn was a [Qc] and DIN FRU bet $2k which was called by Rearden Metal. The river was a [Js] and DIN_FRU bet $2k which was then raised to $4k and DIN_FRU again raised to $6k which Rearden Metal just called. They both show their cards and DIN_FRU had three of a kind and Rearden Metal mucked his hand giving the $23,999.50 to DIN_FRU.

Another large hand had DIN_FRU raising to $2,000 and Rearden Metal  just calling. The flop was [Qh 7c 6h] and Rearden Metal checked while DIN_FRU bet $1k which was quickly raised to $2k by Rearden Metal and was called. The turn was a [As] and Rearden Metal bet $2k and DIN_FRU bet $4k which was called. The river was a [8c] and Rearden Metal checked while DIN_FRU bet $2k which Rearden Metal called. They flipped over their cards and DIN_FRU showed first and had [Qd Ad] (Aces and Queens) beating the mucked hand of Rearden Metal and taking the pot worth $19,999.50.

At the end of about 75 hands the totals were:

Patrik Antonius ($59,843) played against Resoh ($259,866) at the Harlin (heads up) table at FullTiltPoker.net. The limits at the poker table were $1000/$2000.

Since the game was limit hold-em the hands were noticeable smaller then other games I have written about in the past. But the average hand at the table was higher then a lot of games that I have watched at $10k. There were a lot of hands in the $13k range and not very many under $5k.

One of those hands had Resoh betting $2k which Patrik Antonius called pre-flop. The flop came down [Jd 3h 4d] and both players checked. The turn was a [7d] and Antonius bet $2k which was then raised to $4k and again Antonius raised it to $6k which Resoh called. The river card was a [3s] and Patrik Antonius checked while Resoh bet $2k which Antonius called. On the showdown Resoh showed [Kc Ks] and Antonius mucked his hand and Resoh took the pot worth $19,999.50.
After watching for about 75 hands the chip counts were:

Marcus Golser ($13,925.50) played against ClockWyze ($49,154.50) at the $50/$100 No Limit Hold-em table Janell (heads up). I didn’t watch from the beginning but was able to watch until their session ended.

One of the first hands that I saw was a hand where ClockWyze raised to $200 and then was re-raised to $600 which was called. The flop of [5h 7d 4c] came down and Markus Golser bet $900 which was called. The turn was a [Ah] and Markus Golser bet $1,600 which was then raised by ClockWyze to $4,488, at this point Markus Golser raised all-in to $12,425.50 but was not called and won the pot worth $11,975.50.

The next hand which I will talk about was the largest and basically the last hand played between the players. ClockWyze raised to $200 and was then re-raised to $600 and then ClockWyze made it $2,188 which was called. The flop was [Jc 2c Jd] and ClockWyze bet $2,485 and after some time Markus Golser raised to $8,831 which after taking some time ClockWyze called. The turn was [Kc] and Markus Golser went all-in with his last $12,903.50 and was called by ClockWyze. They both showed their cards and Markus Golser had [3h Ah] while ClockWyze showed [Js Jh]. At this point ClockWyze had the winning hand and the river card was a [6d] which had no effect on the hand (couldn’t have at that point). ClockWyze then took down the $47,844.50 pot. Marcus Golser added $2k but after two hands left with ClockWyze winning the session and at the end had $63,119.50.

Phil Ivey ($55,500), Urindanger ($120,148) and MR B 2 U SON ($64,397) played $500/$1000 $30,000 Cap No Limit Hold’em. Also playing at the Alvarez poker table was ioi ($40,006), David Benefield ($51,608), world1969 ($30,538.50) and luvtheWNBA ($40,888).

There were a lot of $60k hands, $30k cap for each player…so makes sense there would be lots of them. The first one I watched was between ioi and Daivd Benefield. ioi raised to $3k while Benefield raised to $7,800 which ioi called. The flop of [5h 6h 7c] had ioi checking and David Benefield betting $22k (capping bet) which ioi called. The turn was a Kd and river a Tc….Benefield had QQ while ioi had Jh Ah….Benefield then won the hand as ioi missed his flush and raked in the pot worth $61,497.

Another $60k hand was between Phil Ivey and world1969. Phil Ivey raised $3k pre-flop which was called by world1969. On the flop of [6h 2h Jc] Phil Ivey bet $5k and was then raised to the cap by world1969 bringing the total to call $22k which he did call. Phil Ivey shows [6s Ks] while world1969 showed [Td 8d]. The turn and river were Ad and Jd respectively. Phil Ivey had the hand on the all-in and indeed held his lead on the turn and river and won the $61,497 pot.

The table broke up after about 100+ hands. Players left had:

LarsLuzak ($164,599), Phil Ivey ($47,995) and durrrr ($87,397) played $500/$1000 No Limit Hold’em at RailHeaven. The table is a 6 max table and has a reserved seat for Patrik Antonius but at the time he wasn’t playing.

The first hand that I watched which was a partial hand since I started watching mid way in the hand was a good one with a pot of $87,397 won by Durrrr against LarsLuzak. Durrrr went all-in after the river and was called by LarsLuzak….When they showed their cards Durrrr showed two pair, aces and threes and took the pot down.

The largest hand that was played at the table was between Phil ivey and LarsLuzak. After the hole cards were dealt LarsLuzak raised to $3,500 and was then re-raised to $11,500 by Phil Ivey…It didn’t take long for LarsLuzak to shove all-in. He had Phil Ivey covered and Ivey called with the rest of his chips which was $37,874. They both flipped over their hands and LarsLuzak had pocket queens while Phil Ivey had As9d. The flop wasn’t good for Phil Ivey as a queen hit as well as a k and a 4. The turn of a 7 and final a 5 didn’t help the cause and Phil Ivey lost the hand worth $99,747.

At the end of about 50 hands the chip counts were:

Phil Ivey ($118,799.50) played against MR B 2 U SON ($81,200) at Full Tilt. They played at the Hansen Park table which is a $2000/$4000 HORSE table. This is Gus Hansen’s table and he has a reserved seat but wasn’t online.

The table had some pretty good hands with the average pot at the table: $7,462. One of the poker hands that was noteable was during Limt Hold-em. After the hole cards Phil Ivey raised to $4,000 and was then re-raised to $6k which he called. After the flop son bet $2k and was then raised to $4k and re-raised to $6k which Ivey called. On the turn Son bet $4k and was raised to $8k which he called. Finally on the river Son tried to slow it down by checking which didn’t stop Phil Ivey from betting and eventually taking the hand after Son folded. Phil Ivey won the $40k pot.

Another large hand was again in Limit Hold-em and after the hold cards were dealt Ivey raised to $4k which was called by Son. After the flop, Son checked, Ivey Bet $2k, Son then raised to $4k and Ivey re-raised to $6k which son called. After the turn Son checked and Ivey bet $4k which was called. On the river the same thing happened with a check and a bet. On the showdown Ivey showed a jack high straight and won the $35,999 pot.

Phil Ivey ($31,500) played $1000/$2000 Limit Hold-em at the FullTiltPoker.net Table Jute (6 max). Also playing at the table was Brandon Adams ($20,000), Buster Love ($147,584.50), vlindermes ($100,977.50), TonyBliar ($73,997) and Boosted J ($54,485).

The table was averaging I would say about $10k-$15k, I didn’t actually see the hand average so it could definitely be off. Most of the bigger hands were $18-$20k…With it being limit there were a lot of hands in that range and a little below.

The larger hand at the table was between vlindermes and BusterLove. There was a lot of raises and re-raises and in the end vlindermes had the nuts on the flop. The flop of [8h 7c Td] and with his hand of [Jc 9d] had a jack high straight. Buster Love went the whole way and ended up mucking his hand.

At the end of watching about 100 hands and the a break and the last 50 hands at the table the chip counts were:
